God Our Refuge

“My soul, be at rest in God alone,  from whom comes my hope.  God alone is my rock and my salvation, my secure height; I shall not fail.  My safety and glory are with God, My strong rock and refuge.  Trust God at all times, my people!  Pour out your hearts to God our refuge!”  Psalm 62: 5-9

Let God be your refuge to whom you run in times of trouble.  No earthly being can love you as much as He who formed you in your mother’s womb, as much as He who created you, as much as He who breathed life into you.  No trouble is too big, or too small, to take to God.  His love is strong, patient, merciful and forgiving.  His love is infinite.  His love is eternal.  Run to Him, fall on your knees before Him in repentance, and then, in praise and thanksgiving, offer yourself to Him.  Your safety and glory are with God alone!
