“For thus says the Lord God: I myself will look after and tend my sheep. As a shepherd tends his flock when he finds himself among his scattered sheep, so will I tend my sheep. I will rescue them from every place where they were scattered when it was cloudy and dark…the lost I will seek out, the strayed I will bring back, the injured I will bind up, the sick I will heal…” Ezekiel 34:11-12,16
No matter what your past sins are, no matter who you have hurt (including yourself), no matter what your ‘station’ in life is (rich or poor), if you believe in Jesus Christ or at least want to believe, you are one of His sheep, part of His herd. He will tend to you, He will guide you, He will find you and bring you home. He forgives all. Run to Him. Throw yourself at His feet and let let Him make you whole.
Sometimes it is good to be just part of the herd.
